triangle productions! has an opportunity to transfer the hit musical “Darcelle: That’s No Lady” to the big apple.

We are joining forces with Tony-Award winning producer Ken Davenport. Ken is an award-winning Broadway Producer and Writer. Producing credits include: Once On This Island (Tony Award), Kinky Boots (Tony Award), Groundhog Day (Tony nomination), The Play That Goes Wrong, Spring Awakening (Tony nomination), It’s Only a Play, Macbeth, Godspell, The Visit (Tony nomination), Mothers and Sons (Tony nomination), The Bridges of Madison County, Allegiance, Chinglish, Oleanna, Speed-the-Plow, Will Ferrell’s You’re Welcome America (Tony nomination), Blithe Spirit and 13. He created and wrote three Off-Broadway shows including The Awesome 80s Prom, My First Time, and Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating, & Marriage, co-conceived Altar Boyz and created the award-winning web series, The Bunny Hole.

However, we need to raise $1.5 million. We know that’s a lot of money, but it’s not a lot for a show headed to the Big Apple. We can do this with 1,500 people giving $1,000.00 each. Each donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

We would love 1,500 people to donate at the $1,000 level, that said, even $1.00 goes further than none.
